Rug Zone is operating a work from home policy for the processing of orders, while rugs dispatched direct from our premises will be reduced to no more than 2 days a week.

Currently, delivery services are operating as normal and we will aim to deliver in 7 working days. However, as the virus peaks, couriers may suffer staffing shortages, they may also give priority to essential deliveries such as medicine and safety equipment. Returning Rugs: If you need to return a rug during the lockdown period, please email me on sales@iwantarug.com and I'll send you an alternate returns address.
